Its a bit disheartening to see how beautifully the character is rendered but the tattoo part looks rather lazy. The tattoo doesn't look like it was peirced into her flesh but more like it was painted on her skin. The way it was coloured kind of took me out of the picture because it didn't look like it belonged in the illustration, I can understand the upper part of the dragon tattoo looking like it came to life but the bottom part still feels like an unfinished layer in photoshop.
Also another thing about this picture is her right hand holding the sword, are we supposed to see the back of her hand (with the pinky forwards) or are we supposed to see it from the front (with the thumb and index curled around the handle) cause I can't actually tell how she is holding her sword.
Overall, I think this would have been a great image but the artist could have given a bit more time on it to polish some details.
there are so many details in this picture that make it one of my favorite character depictions. Her circular face is beautiful. I love the way her hair falls over her ear and down the other side of her face. I like how the dragon appears to be grasping her, with it's tail wrapped around her leg.
Your work is awesome, colorisation, shadows and the girl's body, the little dragon (good idea ^^), all is great. Your work looks like Luis Royo's drawings, but with an other style, more digital and it's really cool.
